SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Generally, we will process and ship orders within 2-3 business days from placement. We will inform you via email as soon as possible if there’s any delay in your shipment or if an item is temporarily out of stock. If your order includes backordered items, your in-stock item(s) will be held until all items become available. We are unable to change your order once shipped. After a package has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the package.
We can ship to PO Boxes. We will determine the shipping carrier and method. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days (may vary based on order volume). We are not responsible if the carrier has delivered the item but you have not received the item. If you refuse to accept a delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to btru botanicals.
We will be closed on the following major holidays and we will be unable to ship product on those dates:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
State sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total, as applicable.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND Damaged Product.
Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. We will issue a replacement in the case of any damaged items. In such event, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
